On Saturday, July 18, 2020, IAM Local 778 members at Olin Winchester overwhelmingly voted to accept the agreement.
The Bargaining Committee unanimously recommended ratification of the 5-year proposal. The newly passed contract will go into effect at 12 AM on Thursday, October 1, 2020.
